We can provide capital as a direct lender/investor through our fund, Landmark Realty Capital Fund, LP. This gives us the ability to provide financing/capital for those transactions that may not fit into the rigid guidelines of conventional financing sources. We can create a custom-tailored financial solution for those clients who require rescue capital to deal with a complex problem.
For clients who require more conventional capital, we have established relationships with an extensive network of lenders and investors to help you achieve your real estate financing objectives. Our sources for real estate capital include local, regional, national and foreign banks, government agencies, insurance companies, hedge funds and pension funds. We can arrange for the stability of long-term fixed rates or the flexibility of floating rates for those clients that have a short-term financing horizon. We can also assist in the other components of a project's capital structure including mezzanine funding, preferred equity and equity. We understand the complexities that are involved when more than one capital provider is involved. Our goal is to help coordinate the different components in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
