Investment Participation
We can offer our clients the opportunity to participate in transactions funded by Landmark Realty Capital Fund. The participation would be available as either a limited or general partner. We would determine the type of transactions that our clients would have an interest in investing in and then offer participations on those targeted asset types. We see a wide range of opportunities that allow investors to invest at a basis that is less than current market value and earn a high yielding return. Through our fund, we can offer clients the opportunity to invest in specific transactions rather than in a pool of different investments, thus providing flexibility and transparency.
Investment Sales
Because of our market focus we can offer our clients the opportunity to purchase real estate that in many cases is off market. We are also uniquely qualified to help sellers obtain a quicker sale due to the fact that we are already intimately familiar with the property. All is done in the most discreet and confidential manner. We strive to obtain a clear understanding of what our buyer’s investment criteria is and then match them with the appropriate investment and in many cases have completive financing in place. We will always seek to strike a balance between the needs of our buyers and sellers in order to achieve a “win –win” scenario.
